Alex Pereira is keeping his sights set on Jon Jones. The reigning UFC light heavyweight champion has renewed his call for a White House showdown, following a first challenge issued just a month ago.

In his latest message, Pereira kept things short and direct. Appearing in a social media clip alongside influencer Nina Drama, the Brazilian star looked into the camera and said:

“Jon Jones. White House. Chama.”

The challenge reignites talk of one of the biggest potential matchups in UFC history, as both fighters have publicly expressed interest in facing each other.

White House Event Taking Shape

The UFC’s White House card, expected to take place in June 2025, is still in development, with no official bouts confirmed. UFC CEO Dana White has stated that while logistics and venue renderings are underway, fighter selection remains open.

Pereira’s renewed callout only adds to the anticipation surrounding the event, which is expected to feature an all-star lineup celebrating the sport’s global reach.

Earlier this year, Jon Jones mentioned that a fight with Pereira would be “the biggest of all time,” signaling his own willingness to step back into the Octagon after a long layoff. However, White has expressed caution about relying on Jones to headline such a high-profile card due to past withdrawals and scheduling issues.

Jones, a former light heavyweight and heavyweight champion, is widely regarded as one of MMA’s greatest of all time. Pereira, meanwhile, has built a remarkable resume in record time, becoming a two-division champion and one of the UFC’s most marketable figures.

A clash between the two would not only represent a meeting of eras but also potentially redefine the sport’s pound-for-pound hierarchy.

For now, Pereira continues to apply pressure, repeating his message and making clear that the stage he wants — the White House — is where he believes history should be made.
