Aleksander Emelianenko beat another dude last weekend and you didn’t even know about it…

When your last name is Emelianenko, that gets you into any discotheque in Stary Oskol, Russia without having to pay the cover. It’s much like the name ‘Overeem’ and Dutch night-clubs except the bouncers in Holland have learned to let Alistar and Valentijn use the bathrooms for free. Fedor and Alexander are two typical Russian brothers who love vodka, church, and giving oddsmakers brain-hemorages while they try to decide how far to spread the betting lines. Aleksander took another fight this past weekend, only one month after he knocked out Eddy Bengtsson with a magical punch that didn’t land anywhere near his opponent. This is the first time in the history of MMA that hitting a patch of air in front of a fighter sent them into retirement. Aleksander Emelianenko has obviously found a way to harness the power of a Nintendo Wii controller and use it in real life. It made me realize that mortals are doomed when mythical dwarf-headed creatures like Fedor and Aleksander inherit the earth.

Check out this video of Aleksander retiring yet another 40 year old guy who probably wishes he would have just waited for EA MMA to come out so he could fight both Emelianenkos from the comfort of his couch. Props to Cagepotato for the find, and even bigger props to whoever made the video complete with funky Russian music.
