Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza has been a legend in the making in the BJJ world for many years now. He’s a 5X world champ and an ADCC champ. He beat Roger Gracie back in the day … with a broken arm (or at least extremely injured, depending on who you talk to) no less. And, over the past 7 years or so, the dude’s beaten what amounts to a laundry list of the best of the best in the sport.
Now Jacare’s focused solely on his career in MMA … or is he [watch the video]? Our very own sgCRSHR caught up with him this past weekend during a visit to Affliction in SoCal. Among other things, he talks about his next MMA fight, his thoughts on returning to BJJ and gives his expert opinion on who’s the best in modern day BJJ. Enjoy.
