Those are not the people that got married in the UFC 129 Octagon in the banner above. I don’t know who those people are, but I hope they are living a long and fulfilling relationship together. Justin and Deanna Peacock are the ones who got hitched yesterday at 9am in the UFC 129 Octagon at the Rogers Centre. That’s pretty darn cool.
Legend has it the couple met at a UFC fan expo and their first date was back at UFC 97, where they knew upon first sight they would watch men fight each other until death do they part. Everyone give a collective awwww and then give the dude a high five since he will never have to miss a fight because his GF/wife/lover doesn’t want to watch them. Way to lock it down, bro. When asked to describe their experience the newlyweds painted a verbal picture:
“Unbelievable thrill,”
“It was amazing,”
Grats to Mr. and Mrs. Peacock. Too bad I’ve seen their future and Mrs. Peacock committed the murder in the library with the candlestick.
