Takeru Segawa stopped Rodtang Jitmuangnon by TKO at the 2:22 mark of round five at ONE Samurai 1 inside Ariake Arena in Tokyo, winning the interim ONE flyweight kickboxing title and avenging his March 2025 loss.
Takeru is a Japanese kickboxer in ONE Championship’s flyweight division. He is a former K-1 super featherweight, featherweight, and super bantamweight champion, and is recognized as the only three-division champion in K-1 history. Rodtang, whose real name is Tinnakorn Srisawat, is a Thai Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer, and the former long-reigning ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion.

Takeru Gets His Revenge In Tokyo
The rematch carried a clear score to settle. Rodtang knocked out Takeru in 80 seconds at ONE 172 in March 2025, then Takeru answered at ONE Samurai 1 by surviving into the championship rounds and finishing the Thai star late.
The ending came after a right hand hurt Rodtang, a follow-up left hook and another right hand forced an eight-count, and Takeru kept attacking until the referee stopped the fight.
The result gave Takeru the interim belt on a card where Nadaka Yoshinari retained his atomweight Muay Thai title against Songchainoi Kiatsongrit, and Avazbek Kholmirzaev won flyweight MMA gold against Yuya Wakamatsu.
Superlek Kiatmoo9 remains the undisputed ONE flyweight kickboxing champion. He defeated Takeru by unanimous decision at ONE 165 in January 2024, which leaves a title unification rematch available only if Takeru decides to continue.
If Takeru retires now, he exits as interim champion after avenging the Rodtang loss in Tokyo. For Rodtang, the fifth-round stoppage is a major setback after entering the rematch with a chance to repeat his 2025 win.
