The main fight at Karate Combat 59 took place in Miami and featured Valter Walker against Zion Clark.

The size difference was clear right away. Clark was born without legs and has fought at much lighter weights before. Walker came in as the much bigger fighter.

Early in the match, Clark managed to get behind Walker and looked for a chance to control the position. He could not lock in a finish. After that, Walker began to push forward and use his strength.

Walker moved to Clark’s back and applied a rear naked choke. The hold forced the tap and ended the fight.

What Came After

After the match, Clark spoke about the weight difference and said he plans to improve when he faces someone closer to his own size. He also said he will keep training and hopes to return stronger.

Walker then shared his own message. He said he was not happy that his brother, Johnny Walker, was not there to support him. He asked for a fight with his brother at the next Karate Combat event, which is planned for March 28 in Russia.

Other Fights On The Card

Earlier in the night, Uriah Hall earned another win in Karate Combat. He stopped Jayden Eynaud in the first round.

Hall moved forward from the start. After a short break caused by an eye poke, he landed a hard spinning kick to the body. He followed with punches and the referee stepped in to stop the fight. This win moved Hall to 2 and 0 in the promotion.

After Hall’s victory, Sam Alvey entered the pit and faced off with him. The moment made it clear that a title fight between the two is being planned for the future.

With a submission in the main event, a family challenge, and a title matchup being set up, Karate Combat 59 gave fans several stories to watch going forward.
