- Alex Pereira’s sister Aline knocked her opponent out with a left hook at Karate Combat 52
- She immediately celebrated her win with her older brother
Alex Pereira’s younger sister Aline secured another stunning knockout win and the siblings celebrated the incredible victory at Karate Combat 52.
Aline did it again
Aline took on fellow elite striker Amanda Torres at Karate Combat 52 this past Friday. The pair had an exceptional opening round with both of them landing big shots in their standup slugfest.
In Round 2, Aline kicked it up a notch and threw a flurry of massive combinations. The Brazilian’s opponent evidently felt her power and Aline went on to finish the job with a brutal left hook, the same move that flattened out her previous foe in the promotion.
The referee in charge stepped in after seeing Aline land a couple of follow-up hammer punches on Torress, who was already on the ground. Aline was then declared the winner via knockout.

Another triumphant moment for the Pereiras
The victory was not just another KO win for Aline but also another reason for her and her older brother Alex, who was in attendance at Karate Combat 52, to celebrate. Right after knocking Torres out, Aline rushed to the stands and gave “Poatan” a hug as the siblings shared a wholesome and victorious moment.
The knockout win over Torres saw Aline improving her Karate Combat record to 2-0. Prior to this, Aline also finished Dee Begley in her Karate Combat debut last October.
