The trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past was just released this morning, check it out

I’ve heard of this sequel/prequel but I intentionally dodged all information on it, so everything I will tell you is based on this brief 2:18 trailer and my life-long knowledge of all things Marvel. So in X-Men: Days of Future Past, the war between Magneto’s Brotherhood of Mutants and Professor X’s X-Men have grown so chaotic that they’re just a detriment to the planet. So both leaders make a pact to get some of their guys to travel back in time and stop this entire ordeal before it got out of hand. At the end of the film it’s obvious that they fail to prevent the war between Professor X and Magneto due to the fact that three previous X-Men movies were made that take place in a future point in which both groups are still at war. If they did indeed stop the war in X-Men: Days of Future Past, then there wouldn’t even be an X-Men or Brotherhood of Mutants. Time travel, it never works in movies. Check it out and props to stevemcawesome for the +100 news tip.
