A rug isn’t even a required piece of furniture, so if you get beat up for trying to steal one, then you probably deserve it. People should get beat up just for even owning one. What, are their feet just too damn good to touch the ground? What type of bourgeois nonsense is that? What’s the point of a half-inch layer of separation when there’s millions of micro-organisms crawling up and down your toes as you read this. Rugs are for rich people — and the idiots that try to steal them. In this case, a particular idiot attempts to steal a rug until he realizes the door is locked. Seeing that he’s pretty much screwed, he continues to hold the rug near the front door like a putz until a worker grapples him, throws him on a rug and rolls him up like a hand-crafted cigarette.
