Breaking Bad will introduce ‘Talking Bad’ for the final eight episodes

So even though everyone here pretty much hates The Walking Dead, I can’t argue that it has produced at least two good things: 1 – the 16 episode season; 2 – Talking Dead. Now, while not personally being a fan of The Walking Dead series, the idea of a panel after it to talk about the events with random celebrity guests has always seemed pretty neat. Although, as a lifelong comic book fan I expected CM Punk to have a little bit better taste. Then again, the whole “Comics vs. the show” Walking Dead argument loses some of its steam when you consider that Robert Kirkman is heavily involved in the show.

Given how we feel about The Walking Dead why would we even care about Talking Dead? Well, because if you’ve learned one thing about us here at MiddleEasy since the site’s re-launch it should be that we [expletive] love Breaking Bad. So what does any of that Walking Dead paragraph have to do with that? Chris Hardwick has confirmed that for the final eight episodes of Breaking Bad he will be hosting “Talking Bad.” It’s not that surprising, since fans were clamoring for it since before the first eight episodes of the current season. That doesn’t make it any less awesome to know that AMC has listened, and will be giving us something to help digest the sheer insanity that will be those final eight episodes. Just look at these pictures and episode titles courtesy of Zap2It. They also do a good job of breaking down (no pun intended) just what the titles could imply.

And be sure to check out our “How we think it will end” article that will be posted shortly before the August 11th premiere of Breaking Bad’s dénouement. Seriously, how could Walter White possibly have a happy ending?
