Back in 2023, “King Ryan” made headlines for his drastic body transformation following a severe throat infection. Capping off the year 2024, the grappling legend showed off yet another body transformation which profoundly exhibited the difference between one of his “biggest” and “most conditioned” physique.
“One of my most conditioned vs one of my biggest. 202 vs 248,” Ryan wrote on Instagram.
Fans came up with steroids claim
Despite the stunning body transformation, some fans still couldn’t help but think that Ryan has been on steroids. Though there were some positive feedback, the comment section was unsurprisingly flooded by some harsh accusations as well.
