Ryan Garcia ignited a heated confrontation with Devin Haney and his father, Bill Haney, at the Fatal Fury: City of Wolves press conference on April 30 2025 in New York. The 26-year-old boxer, with a 24-1 record and 20 knockouts, is set to fight Rolando Romero in the main event on May 2 2025 at Times Square. Haney, with a 31-1 record and 15 knockouts, faces Jose Ramirez in the co-main event. The clash revived their rivalry, sparked by Garcia’s 2024 win over Haney, which was ruled a no-contest after Garcia tested positive for Ostarine.
At the Manhattan Center press conference, Garcia said:
“They were coming at my physique yesterday, but they said the same thing last time when they got their ass whooped, and you’re going to get your ass whooped again. Devin needed his daddy here.”
Haney replied:
“Without the Ostarine, you don’t even sound the same. His voice changed back. He’s got titties now, all his muscles are gone, his voice is gone, the motherfker is gone.”
Bill Haney added:
“What happened to Ryan Garcia? This is not the same Ryan Garcia at all. Not too much Ostarine left in him.”
Garcia fired back:
“I got multiple personalities, b-tch, I got multiple personalities, btch, you don’t wanna see the crazy one. You don’t wanna see the crazy personality, btch. You and your son are some btches. And you’re the biggest btch out of all of them. You a big btch. That’s why you were a pimp, right? You’re a btch. You’re trying to build your son up, shut the fk up,”.
The old Ryan Garcia just came out while talking shit to Bill and Devin Haney 😂

Why Did Garcia’s Rage Explode Against the Haneys?
The feud began at open workouts on April 29 2025, when Bill Haney mocked Garcia’s physique. At the press conference, Haney and his father targeted Garcia’s appearance, referencing his 2024 Ostarine scandal, which led to a one-year suspension and $1.1 million purse forfeiture. Haney had sued Garcia for battery and fraud over the fight but dropped the lawsuit in January 2025.
The Fatal Fury card, promoted by Ring Magazine and Turki Alalshikh, also features Teofimo Lopez defending his WBO super lightweight title against Arnold Barboza Jr. Broadcast on DAZN PPV, the event marks Garcia’s return after his suspension, with this verbal showdown setting the stage for his comeback.
