Haney, with a 31-1 record and 15 knockouts, faces Jose Ramirez in the co-main event. At the Manhattan Center press conference, Garcia said:

Why Did Garcia’s Rage Explode Against the Haneys?
The feud began at open workouts on April 29 2025, when Bill Haney mocked Garcia’s physique. At the press conference, Haney and his father targeted Garcia’s appearance, referencing his 2024 Ostarine scandal, which led to a one-year suspension and $1.1 million purse forfeiture. Haney had sued Garcia for battery and fraud over the fight but dropped the lawsuit in January 2025.
