Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are going to have a big boxing fight at a huge stadium in Texas tonight. Everyone is talking about it because it’s a really big deal.

The match will have 8 rounds, each 2 minutes long. It’s one of the coolest sports events this year, and you can even watch it on Netflix.

But some people are a little worried about Mike Tyson. He hasn’t had a real boxing fight since 2005, that’s a long time ago.

Jake Paul, on the other hand, is young and strong, but he doesn’t have as much experience as Mike. It’s going to be an exciting match to watch.

Doctor Shares Worries About Mike Tyson in Jake Paul Match

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul were supposed to have their big fight in July, but Tyson got really sick with a sore tummy, called an ulcer. He had to stop training to get better.

While Tyson was resting, Jake Paul fought someone else, Mike Perry, who used to be a UFC fighter.

But people started talking a lot about Tyson’s health. Some folks wondered if it’s a good idea for him to box at 58 years old. His last big fight was almost 20 years ago, and it didn’t go so well.

Now, Dr. Neil Scott, a big boss in British boxing, says Tyson’s age might make this fight risky.

Dr. Scott says that because Mike Tyson is older, his brain might have gotten a little smaller. This can happen when people get older.

It means Tyson could get hurt more easily if he gets hit hard in the head during the fight. That’s why Dr. Scott is worried about him boxing right now.

“[Cerebral atrophy means] there is more space within your head, within your skull, for your brain to move,” Dr Scott told Boxing News.

“It means it’s more susceptible, whether that be to the linear, straight back and forward trauma or the rotational shearing forces.

“It’s those kinds of forces, with having more space in the skull for the brain to move around, that are the concern.

“At the end of the day, the risk factors for Mike Tyson are much higher than they are for Jake Paul. I worry for Mike Tyson in this contest.”

Jake Paul Packs on Pounds for Big Match with Tyson

Jake Paul is about to fight Mike Tyson, who is 31 years older than him. Some people think that makes the fight a bit unfair.

At the weigh-in yesterday, their weights were really close. Jake Paul weighed 227.2 pounds, the heaviest he’s ever been, and Mike Tyson weighed 228.4 pounds. Both are set for the big match.

Even though Mike Tyson and Jake Paul weigh almost the same, people who love boxing are hoping Mike doesn’t get hurt too badly. But staying safe during a big fight like this is really, really hard, especially when punches start flying.
