My feeling is… it looked to me like Brendan Lally won that fight, but the judges wanted to be merciful to the new young cashcow Pacquiao and called it a draw.
(Either way, that’s one of the major flaws in boxing: You have three judges, two say draw, the third has one fighter winning. Instead of officially deeming it a “majority draw”, that third judge SHOULD be the “tie-breaker”!)
