The upcoming boxing match between KSI and Dillon Danis at Misfits Boxing 21 has been postponed after the YouTuber pulled out due to illness.

A bad news for Misfits Boxing fans

What would’ve been an exciting showdown between KSI and Danis on March 29th is no longer happening. In an official statement released by Misfits Boxing on social media, the promotion disclosed that KSI caught an illness and wouldn’t be able to fight on the scheduled date.

“Due to an illness to KSI, Misfits Boxing Unfinished Business, scheduled for March 29th in Manchester, has been postponed,” the statement read. “A further update will be issued next week, including a new date for the event.”

KSI’s body gave up

KSI also took to social media and addressed the issue, revealing that he was more than eager to take “El Jefe.” However, his body gave up on him and he is currently taking antibiotics.

“I tried my hardest, but my body has legit just given up,” KSI said. “I’m currently in bed, taking antibiotics, trying to recover, but I’m struggling. I’m coughing up greenish, yellowish shit all the time. … I tried sparring and training, but my body feels weak. My stamina is just falling off a cliff.”

While KSI’s reason seems believable, Danis did not buy it. In fact, he even trolled KSI for backing out.

“hahahahahahahahaha pussy @KSI,” the former Bellator fighter wrote in a post.

As it stands, there has been no target date for the KSI vs. Danis boxing match but the promotion has vowed to reschedule it and keep the fans posted about the details.
