Jake Paul continues to turn boxing success into long term investments far outside the ring. The former internet star recently opened up about his enormous Georgia property, a ranch valued at around $40 million that reflects how far his career has progressed.
Paul built wealth well before becoming a professional fighter, but his boxing run elevated his earnings to another level. High profile bouts against global names, including Mike Tyson and former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, produced massive financial returns and helped fund purchases on a completely different scale.
That momentum allowed Paul to secure a stretch of land measuring nearly 6,000 acres. The size alone separates the property from typical luxury homes. A private driveway running close to three miles leads to the main living area, creating distance from public access and everyday distractions.
Built for Training and Outdoor Life
The ranch is not just a place to live. Paul has structured it around physical preparation and outdoor use. An open air boxing ring sits on the grounds, giving him the ability to train without leaving the property. There is also space set aside for shooting practice and hunting, activities Paul has spoken about embracing.
A large lake covering roughly 20 acres allows for jet skiing and other water recreation. Off road riding is another focus, with a dedicated two mile track built for ATVs and similar vehicles.
Paul has shared plans to continue expanding what the ranch offers. Future additions may include a private airstrip and a racetrack, adding more functionality to an already massive space.
The Georgia estate functions as both a retreat and a base of operations. Fueled by earnings from headline boxing matches and business ventures, the ranch represents Paul’s shift toward building something lasting beyond short term fame.
