Jahmal Harvey gave the MVP x TikTok LIVE card another violent jolt by knocking out Hammet Keb at 2:48 of round two, adding a nasty lightweight finish to a night that already had Amanda Serrano grinding out her 50th career win and Melissa Mortensen leaving with WBA gold.
Harvey entered with the amateur shine everyone keeps bringing up for a reason. He went 66-8 in the unpaid ranks, won two USA Youth national titles, two USA Junior Olympic titles, a 2023 Pan-American Games gold medal, reached the quarterfinals at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and won the 2021 World Amateur Championships as the first American male boxer to take that world title in 14 years.
Keb was not just some warm body dragged in for target practice. The Mexican lightweight came in at 7-2-1 with six knockout wins and had rebounded in May by stopping previously unbeaten Mario Alberto Pena Gonzalez in 27 seconds. On paper, that is exactly the kind of opponent who can turn a prospect’s showcase into a bad night real fast.

Harvey Turned Round 2 Into Target Practice
Harvey set the tone behind his jab in round one, mixing right hands, left hooks, and body work while Keb tried to answer in spots. The pace was not wild for the sake of being wild. Harvey was building reads, backing Keb up, and making the ring feel smaller with every exchange.
The second round got worse for Keb in a hurry. Harvey kept digging to the body, forced him toward the corner, and started stacking clean punches upstairs and downstairs. Keb landed a few counters, but he never got Harvey off the track long enough to change the shape of the fight.

Harvey is now 4-0 as a professional after beating Marcelo Del Aguilla in his August 2025 debut, taking a decision over Kevin Cervantes, stopping Daniel Lugo in the fifth round, and now knocking out Keb on the same platform where MVP has been pushing its boxing experiment beyond the usual broadcast lane. Jake Paul’s MVP build for the TikTok LIVE launch always needed more than one headliner, and Harvey gave the undercard the kind of clip promoters dream about.
The lightweight prospect still needs rounds, matchmaking, and the usual slow climb before anyone starts acting like he is already a finished product. But a clean knockout on a card tied to Serrano, Mortensen, and MVP’s bigger boxing push is not a bad way to tell everyone the kid is coming.
