Hulk Hogan is afraid that Jake Paul might kill Mike Tyson.
On November 15, Tyson will return to the squared circle for his first professional boxing bout in nearly 20 years when he meets ‘The Problem Child’ at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The bout has seen its fair share of scrutiny in recent months, most of it revolving around the 31-year age gap between the two combatants.
While some think that Paul is underestimating the power his 58-year-old opponent is still packing, others remain confident that the YouTube star will win the day with youth and a bigger gas tank.
WWE Hall of Famer and pro wrestling icon Hulk Hogan is a subscriber of the latter, but he doesn’t think Paul will just win the fight. He’s afraid that ‘The Problem Child’ may end the legendary pugilist’s life inside the ring.
“Your brother’s too strong, bro,” Hogan told Logan Paul during an appearance on the Impaulsive podcast. “He’s strong. Last night, as soon as I saw him set the guy up with the left, he kept throwing the overhand right, I was like, ‘Oh my God, he’s going to kill somebody.’”
“No, I mean really. It was scary. I love Mike to death; I don’t want him to kill Mike, Jesus.” Hogan added.
“He doesn’t look like it—maybe (Jake) does look like it a little bit—but the weight he pushes in the gym is f*cking impressive,” Logan Paul said in response.

Mike Tyson Has Not Fought Professionally Since 2005
Hogan’s concerns, while maybe a bit exaggerated, are certainly valid considering the age difference between Tyson and Paul—not to mention that ‘Iron’ has been sitting on the shelf for the last two decades aside from an exhibition charity bout against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020. Before that, Tyson’s last legitimate fight was a sixth-round TKO loss to Kevin McBride on June 11, 2005.
Meanwhile, Paul has bodied opponents in seven of his 10 wins, including back-to-back KOs against Andre August and Ryan Bourland. In July, ‘The Problem Child’ added another finish to his resume, putting away the BKFC ‘King of Violence’ Mike Perry in the sixth round of their Tampa-based headliner.
Overall, Paul is 10-1 in his pro boxing career, his lone loss coming against Tommy Fury in February 2023.
