Floyd Mayweather Says UFC Approached Him With Multi-Fight Deal

All-time great pugilist Floyd Mayweather says he can make billion if he makes a comeback and agrees to a 3 to 4 fight deal with the UFC.

In a recent Instagram rant, Mayweather flaunted his skill, calling himself not just the greatest boxer ever, but the greatest athlete ever, and reminding the world of just how much money he’s made.

“I better not every hear y’all say nothing about nobody else,” he said. “There’s only one motherfuckin’ GOAT, and it’s me. I better not hear anybody talking about ‘this guy’s the GOAT over here, this guy’s the GOAT over here.’ Man, at the end of the day, I’m the best athlete ever. You know what I’m saying? You heard me. Ain’t nobody done it better than me. I’ve done it in the best style, I’ve done it flashy, I’ve done it flamboyant, I’ve done it my way, I kept 100% of the revenue, and I’m own motherfuckin’ boss. Talk to me.”

Moreover, Mayweather then discussed his recent win over Conor McGregor, referring to MMA as a “barbarian sport.”

“I’m so tough at what I do, they had to go to a whole ‘nother barbarian sport to go get a motherfucker that would try to fuck with me. And you already know what I did with that. Lights out, party’s over, you can kiss the babies. It’s bankroll, you know, all I do is dress, flex and progress. And you already know I went from the streets to the executive suites.”

As crazy as it sounds, Mayweather himself certainly made it sound like it was a possibility in a video where he claimed that White’s company spoke to him about a multi-fight deal.

“You already know I’m a money-getting motherf**ker,” he said in the video. “I’m Money May. They just called me not too long ago and asked me to come back. I can come right back to the UFC. If I want, I can go, I can come right back to the UFC, I can go fight in the Octagon. I can do a three or four fight deal in the Octagon and make a billion dollars. Remember, I’m Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, and you motherf**kers love me, and I love you motherf**kers.”

Mayweather returning in any fashion, in boxing or the UFC, appears unlikely at this point. He retired immediately after the win over McGregor.

The big question now is whether the UFC could pony up the kind of cash Mayweather makes in boxing. Even with so much money to make, we doubt they would simply because it would blow open the entire pay structure the UFC has cultivated so carefully over the years.

Do you think we will ever see him fight again after his recent comments?
