During the main event at IBC: Fight for Glory in Lahore, Pakistan, Ye Joon Kim faced Yuttapong Tongdee for the WBA Asia Gold Super Bantamweight title. The fight was intense, with both fighters exchanging heavy blows.

Devastating Fourth Round Body Shot Ends the Fight

Kim, coming off a previous loss to top pound-for-pound fighter Naoya Inoue, used his experience to control the match. In the fourth round, he delivered a sharp left hook directly to Tongdee’s midsection. The impact was immediate, and Tongdee collapsed to the canvas, clearly in pain.

As the referee began the count, Tongdee struggled to stay upright. By the time the fight was officially stopped, Tongdee had crawled to the ropes, where he vomited due to the force of the body shot. Medical staff quickly attended him, ensuring he regained stability after the shocking knockout.

The bout ended with Ye Joon Kim declared the winner by knockout, capturing the WBA Asia Gold Super Bantamweight title.
