Another grandson of the legendary Muhammad Ali is set for the spotlight in combat sports.
Ali Walsh Is Headed To The PFL
24 year-old Biaggio Ali Walsh has inked an amateur contract to fight for the PFL. Ali Walsh is set to make his promotional debut at the PFL Championship event in late November, with an opponent TBD.
Ali Walsh is currently 1-1 as an amateur, with both of his bouts coming last summer. He was submitted in his first outing but went on to win his sequel bout by TKO just last month.

Before pursuing a career in MMA, Ali Walsh was a collegiate football player at the University of California. He currently trains out of notable MMA gym ‘Xtreme Couture’ in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Legacy
Biaggio’s younger brother, Nicco, has been making headlines inside the boxing ring. He is currently 6-0 as a pro. Just like Nicco, Biaggio also has ‘a legacy to live up to’. While it may not be the exact sport his grandfather Muhammad Ali competed in, Biaggio is hoping to make an impact inside the cage.
“I want to thank Professional Fighters League for their support and confidence in me,” Ali Walsh said in a press release. “I have a legacy to live up to, a legacy that my grandfather began, that my brother and I continue. I chose to continue that legacy here in the Professional Fighters League. My one and only goal is to one day become a PFL World Champion.”
Biaggio Ali Walsh is expected to turn pro sometime next year.
