Quinton Jackson On Bellator 192 Loss: Chael Sonnen Fought Like A Bitch

Chael Sonnen surprised many by scoring a unanimous decision win over former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson on Saturday in the main event of Bellator 192, which took place at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

The main event battle was the opening round of Bellator’s Heavyweight World Grand Prix 2018.

This win advances Chael Sonnen to the second round and potentially meet the winner of Fedor Emelianenko vs. Frank Mir. That fight will take place in April in Chicago.

Sonnen was able to smother Jackson by utilizing his superior wrestling and eventually awarded a win after three rounds of action.

Shortly following the loss, Jackson took to social media where he assured his fans that he will be back while taking the time to also throw a poke at Sonnen’s performance.

“Win or lose i fight like a man, love my fans that still rides with me,just know I’m still not done,i felt great in there.. i had great at cardio, but Chael fought a smart fight. But he also fought like a bitch.” – Rampage Jackson

After starting his Bellator venture with four-straight wins, Quinton Jackson has dropped his past two fights – to Sonnen and Muhammed Lawal, both at heavyweight.
