The former UFC fighter Bec “Rowdy” Rawlings squares off against Brazilian Octagon warrior Ilara Joanne in a 125-pound affair. Our ref is Dan Miragliotta. We’re underway!
Round 1
No glove touch. Ilara landed the first strike and pushed Bec onto the fence. Great trip Joanne, she ends up on the top. She tries to transition to full mount, Bec defends it well.
Left elbow. Rawlings keeps her chest to chest. Miragliotta stood them up 50 seconds before the end of the first round. Right hand to the nose Ilara. 10-9 Joanne.

Rawlings is knocked down by a devastating leg kick, Ilara on the top again. Full guard, and Joanne passes to half guard. Good defense, and a few elbows. Joanne pushed back towards the fence, she batters the Australian, but Bec is trying to get up.
Joanne jumps to her back, both hooks in. Left hands. Joanne transitions to kneebar, the match is over submission victory for Ilara Joanne.
