50-Cent Plans To Reward Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix Champion With $1 Million!

What A Generous Offer By 50-Cent! He Is Ready To Pay A Fortune To Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix Winner!

It looks like 50-Cent has decided to open up his pocket. Such a generous offer could only mean he has serious intentions of being the part of an MMA world!

It was announced on Thursday that Bellator MMA reached “an extension agreement” with Curtis Jackson, known as 50-Cent. The deal will include Jackson’s new champagne brand, La Chemin Du Roi, and his new apparel line too. It will all become the part of the future Bellator MMA promotional events. The apparel line will incorporate 50-Cent’s “Get The Strap” Trademark. He has already sold it to Viacom in June.

The hip-hop legend has very serious plans of pushing talented fighters to the top. He wants to move into fighter management opportunities as the time goes by. As 50-Cent stated, he is highly aware of Bellator roster potential. (via MMAFighting.com)

“Bellator has a roster filled with some of the most charismatic athletes in the world,” stated Jackson in a press release. “As my relationship with Bellator deepens, you will see me moving into fighter management opportunities that will allow me to integrate top stars into both scripted and unscripted projects across the Viacom networks, as well as the other outlets I have access to.”

And now the best thing – 50-Cent agreed to reward the winner of Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix with $1 million in cash by re-investing the portion of his deal! The Welterweight tournament will start at Bellator 206. Douglas Lima will cross his gloves with Andrey Koreshkov on September 29, 2018. Other fights will be between Rory MacDonald Vs Jon Fitch and Paul Daley Vs Michael Page. The showdown between Ed Ruth and Neiman Gracie is also planned. You can read more about the fights here.

One thing is certain, the winner of this showdown might turn into Bellator MMA cash cow as well! Do you think 50-Cent wants to decrease the difference between Bellator and UFC?
