Parker Porter, a former UFC heavyweight, showed toughness and skill in his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship fight. On Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, Porter came back from a rough start to beat Anthony Garrett in the main event.
The bout began explosively, with both fighters exchanging heavy strikes early. Porter initially sent Garrett to the canvas with a crushing uppercut, only to be sent down himself three times in the opening round, the last knockdown occurring in the final seconds.
Garrett appeared to gain momentum in the second round, landing precise shots and keeping Porter on the defensive. But Porter, showing veteran poise and knockout power, connected with a devastating left hand that put Garrett flat on the canvas. Garrett tried to rise before the count but was unable to do so, giving Porter the win.

“This is what it’s all about,” Porter said after the fight. “I’ve faced adversity before, and tonight I proved that you can never count me out.”
Porter has now gone 3-0 in BKFC, with all victories coming by knockout. Since his release from the UFC in late 2023 following a 4-4 record, he has found new momentum and is now one win away from a potential heavyweight title opportunity. The BKFC heavyweight belt will next be contested at KnuckleMania VI, featuring Ben Rothwell against Andre Arlovski.
Garrett experienced his first defeat in BKFC after a string of three first-round knockouts, including a lightning-fast 16-second victory over former UFC fighter Lavar Johnson.
BKFC will return on January 17, 2026, with Julian Lane facing Dustin Pague in the promotion’s first event of the new year. Fans can expect more high-octane bare-knuckle action as the sport continues to grow.
