Maia vs. Shields, Erick Silva vs. Stun Gun Kim, Thiago Silva vs. Matt Hamill (at a catchweight of 208 lbs since Silva couldn’t make the required weight), Fabio Maldonado vs. Joey Beltran, Paul Harris vs. Mike Pierce, Raphael Assuncao vs. T.J. Dillashaw — and a lot of international guys that you probably never heard of.
It’s UFC Fight Night 29 held in Barueri, Brazil and it all goes down today at 2:00pm PST / 5:00pm EST. For the online prelims this week we get four prelim bouts between eight fighters that you probably never heard of. It’s alright, they’re in the UFC so they made the cut — that has to count for something.
