The only way CM Punk’s night could have been any worse was if his first punch looped around and landed on his own chin. Punk’s MMA/UFC debut was absolutely horrible. James Toney shook is head and weeped at CM Punk’s performance at UFC 203.
So what was Punk’s best moment from his utter destruction at the hands of Mickey Gall? Let’s watch the first five seconds of Punk’s MMA debut and analyze where it all went right. Just look at the power, velocity and strength in which CM “Phil Brooks” Punk throws his one and only punch on the feet.
Sure it all went to hell afterwards but Punk will always that have that one strike before Gall took him down and ether’d him.
