Stipe Miocic did the impossible and laid a shroud of silence over the entire arena in Brazil by knocking out Fabricio Werdum in the first round. Werdum came out aggressive and Miocic hooked him coming in. At this weight, any one of these giant beasts can knock the other one out. Tonight is “Stone Cold” Stipe’s night.

This makes for three first round KO’s in a row for the straight flame emoji UFC 198 card. What’s next for Miocic? A fight between him and Overeem would be killer, but for right now I bet he’s going to crack open a couple of Stipeweisers and enjoy his new championship belt.
Cleveland finally has a UFC champion. Cue the theme of the Drew Carey show “Cleveland Rocks” by The Presidents of the United States of America. Which definetly should be Miocic’s new entrance song.
