Maybe one of these days Nate Diaz will emerge from his cocoon as a colorful shit talking butterfly. In case you missed it, Diaz has been flying free since the moment he cut a post-fight promo on Conor McGregor back in December. Who knew back then that Diaz would step in on 11 days’ notice, save the UFC 196 main event and choke out McGregor in one of the most bought pay per views in UFC history.
So for the past eight months “Liberated Nate Diaz” has turned up speaking his mind at level 100 and the MMA world had embraced him for it. Diaz says “fuck your cocoon”.
Less the 24 hours after the UFC sold for $4 billion dollars (!!!!) and UFC president Dana White got a raise plus a new five year contract with the new owners, Diaz gave his summary on what kind of sport the UFC really is.
