The all-female, badass showcase that is Invicta 18 was bloody and exciting last night. Afterwards, the canvas looked the first Jim Miller and Joe Lauzon fight. A lot of the faces matched the floor for this brutal night of throwdowns. Unfortunately, Peggy Morgan was one of them at the heavy hands of Megan Anderson.

There some scrambles, but it just seemed like there was some electro-magnetic attraction that led Anderson’s fist to Morgan’s face. Even here is the first round you can see the swelling of what seems to be an entire package of Big League Chew in her mouth.

Just look at this barrage. Eventually, that was all the resilient Morgan could take. After some hard bombs, she had no choice but to crumple in the second round to give Anderson the TKO win. Honestly, the ref probably should have stopped the fight due to the portal of hell opening on Morgan’s cheek.
