Whoa. What. An. Event. If you’re still in a tropical induced haze from the results of a cancelled UFC Manila event then we may have found the cure. In a world where motivated UFC Hall of Famers don’t create a Hawaiian sized vortex with blood licking wins, you can use MMA rumors as your totem.

- Huge if true. Since being turned down by the UFC, Jason David Frank (formerly the Green Ranger) is currently in deep negotiations to be signed by Bellator
- The rumor arrow continues to point to Conor McGregor’s girlfriend possibly being pregnant! Congrats to the Mystic couple and this may be the reason McGregor takes up to a year off after a very busy 2016 and UFC 205
- Rumor is Gegard Mousasi wants to fight at UFC 206 or UFC 207, but if he doesn’t get a fight that quick then he will take a break while the division figures itself out since everyone in the top four is booked. Sources say Mousasi wants to rematch Uriah Hall or fight Anderson Silva
- As weird as it sounds rumors are floating around that one of the many (and there are many) hang-ups that stalled out the GSP-UFC negotiations were the former UFC welterweight champion’s apparel deal with Under Armour. The promotion did not want to rock the boat with Reebok sources say.
- The UFC matchmaking team have reportedly already been in contact with sources close to BJJ prospect Mackenzie Dern. If everything holds firm, it would be a big shock if Dern signs anywhere other than the UFC in 2017
- Cage Warriors is putting on a huge event the same day as UFC 205, headlined by the current CWFC Featherweight champ, that everyone is talking about, Patrick Pimblett. If Paddy the Baddy wins, rumors says it sets him up for a UFC signing which was already rumored previously to the news he briefly extended his Cage Warriors contract
