Former UFC fighter planks his opponent and nearly pulls off a run-away KO

Last night I arrived in Hollywood from Downtown LA on the Metro — I missed my stop so I got off at the Sunset and Vermont exit and decided to walk back home since the weather that evening was immaculate. I’m not sure how many of you actually visited that part of Hollywood, but there’s a gargantuan Scientology building flamboyantly located in the middle of some rather high-priced real estate. It’s blue color is accented with a giant cross at the top, which just reinforces the fact that all religious buildings are constantly competing to be as tacky as possible. There’s nothing ‘cool’ about the Scientology building or the color-coordinated outfits their followers wear. Every Scientologist that I see walking around looks like they’re in their second semester of Space Camp — and maybe they are. No one knows what’s hidden inside that colossal complex, although I have heard rumors that engineers have been constructing a space craft in the facility since 2010.

Former UFC fighter Joao Zeferino is a proud Scientologist, which may have led to his departure from the promotion last year. The truth is Joao Zeferino is not a Scientologist. I just made it up in order to segue into this video of him head kicking his opponent and nearly pulling off a run-away KO in Brazil a few days ago. Enjoy.
