Bas Rutten for governor?

Last week’s poll results are in a little bit late but with the entire ‘Fedor/Affliction/UFC/Strikeforce’ saga, I’m sure you understand (and if you don’t, you can live next to my alcoholic neighbor and hear her talk about how the entire country is out to tap her phone. Seriously). We asked a simple question: Who can beat Brock Lesnar? With an insane amount of the vote, Fedor snatched the poll with a stunning 56.7% of the vote. Shane Carwin pulls in a very distant second with 15.5% followed by Bobby Lashley with 10%. Next we asked What move would you like to see in MMA? and 29% of you said that the Hadoken should make an appearance. The Suplex finished a close second place with 25%. The Bear Hug finished last with only 5%. Somewhere in Russia, Zangief is drinking himself into a drunken stupor with that shocking revelation. Finally, we asked Which MMA fighter would make the best politician? Your boy Bas Rutten had the most votes with 42.2% believing he should enter the political arena. Second was our Twitter buddy and UFC star Frank Trigg grabbing 23.5% of the vote. Houston Alexander came in third with 9.8% and Nick Diaz came in last with only 7.8%.

So it’s Wednesday which means MiddleEasy will bless all of you with three new poll questions to brighten up the fact that you have to hear about some soccer mom talk about her kids at work…for the 810th time.
