Rousey's pro debut was against Gomes. Gomes weighed in over the limit & got into an altercation with Rousey before the fight. In a later interview Rousey said with a stoic expression "because of what happen at the weigh-ins, I didn't let her tap". Her serious glare quickly turned into a sinister smile after making this statement. It's as if she was reliving the moment it happened with sadistic pleasure. During her armbar against Gomes it seemed that Rousey wasn't trying to do just enough to force a tap but instead she wanted to do as much damage as possible before the ref forced her to stop.

A lot of fighters act like they have a beef with their opponents before a fight but don't express it when they fight. On the other hand when Rousey has beef with an opponent she'll let them know with her actions in the fight. She fights with passion. I think one of the things I like most about Ronda is her passion & desire. When she faces adversity she rises to the occasion.

A lot of the time I feel kind of dead inside & dread life. I want to be more passionate like Ronda. Like, this morning something bad happened while I was working so I'm in another state now where they won't expect me to be here. I could get down about it but I want to stay positive & confident. It's not going to stop me. I'm still going to persevere.

Why you getting mad at t & a? Yes they're fighters and not overly impressive but still I'm a curious man who looks before he flushes
