how much can he put back on 'til the fight? 10-20 lbs can decide a fight as it's really unfair when it comes to wrestling, top control or when you do some greco roman..pretty much everywhere..

On another note. If you have to cut 41 lbs... you're in the wrong weight class. Or the wrong sport.

Fuck that kidney killing Dolce diet. Thiago Alves did that shit too, then put on something crazy like 30 pounds in 3 hours after weigh in...and then lost the fight anyway by submission.

Fight in your own weight class people, this contest of cutting as much as possible to be the bigger man in the ring is not only dangerous to yourself, but unnecessary...a sk Frankie Edgar if he ever felt at a severe disadvantage because of his size.

why do these guys put on so much weight when they are 'walking around'
surely that doesn't make sense for an athlete who is training every day - things like cardio, circuits etc
or is that what they weigh after they take a month off after a fight, sitting on the sofa relaxing eating everything under the sun and having like a 10IB shit in their intestine before they set foot on the scales to measure their 'walking around weight'
