yeah, the anti-bisping stuff is real fucking tired. i think it's mint how he talks like a person, rather than this whole 'it's kill or be killed, and i'm gonna be the killer', or 'he's gonna have to kill me to finish me', or 'you can't defeat sprit' which americans are sooooooooooo good at. not saying i'm anti-american though. i'm perfectly aware my teeth aren't as nice as most yanks, and americans are much better at the grandiose bollocks than us - not when poppin down to the shops for groceries, but a sport like mma really brings it out.

i like the fact he didn't say he'd defeat anderson (well i don't think he did, can't remember now) but he said he'd give him a good fight. some fighters need to have the mentality of 'i'll definitely win' and therefore say countless illogical statements regarding their fights which can't be true. both guys saying they'll definitely win is kinda like the pope being infallible... only to recant on a belief, then he's ready to be infallible all over again.

and bisping should get credit for his attitude towards his job. he genuinely is up for fighting anyone that joe silva might put in front of him, and chases after dangerous fights to further his path to a title shot.

Am saying this before it happens, as (injury preventing) this is the way I see everything panning out:

-Lombard beats Boetsch
-Lombard gets title shot
-Mini tournament: Belcher VS Weidman/Bisping VS Stann
-Winners of each fight in the final

This works perfectly, as Lombard's totally marketable. In addition, it means whoever gets the title shot from the tourney will have at least two wins, and will also have a name since they're either already one (Bisping/Stann) or will have beaten one, and thus became a big name in the process
