Originally I wanted to title this article 'Watch Scott Jorgensen punch a fat guy in the stomach and regular guys in other parts of their body.' However, I considered that MiddleEasy does have a hefty portion of overweight readers, and I didn't want to offend you guys (and girls) out there. You know, if you stop eating carbs (including fruit), all that weight will go away and you'll be forced to donate all your clothes to Goodwill, thus making you an honorable person. It's literally that easy. If you exercise 4-5 times a day and refuse to drastically change your diet, then your efforts will be senseless. Ask Evolve MMA's Eddie Ng, he'll tell you the same -- and he wears a friggin' mask before he gets in the cage. Anyone that has a last name devoid of vowels knows exactly what they're talking about when it come to dietary advice.

Scott Jorgensen punches fat Brazilian guys not because he's trying to make a statement to the obesity epidemic that has swept South America. Well maybe he is, but we just think he's preparing for his UFC on FX 3 fight against Eddie Wineland by punching Brazilians. Sure Eddie Wineland is from Dallas, Texas -- but let's not tell Jorgensen that. Now check out Young Guns dropping a few bombs on these Brazilian guys who have no names because I'm too ignorant to understand Portuguese.
