We get the that you're really, really busy, grappler. You have a lot going on. First, there's the day-to-day BJJ drilling and sparring, but, on top of that, there's all that Mendes-style "physical preparation" you're doing. You're world class.

You got that Bulgarian bag-thing going, your shaking the crap out of big heavy ropes, swing'in 24 kg RKC kettlebells, busting out some burpees, wind sprinting, doing weird stuff with medicine balls and Bendo boards ... the list goes on. Hopefully somewhere in your schedule you find time to either earn a living or properly mooch of your parents and/or girlfriend. You might need to attend to "personal relationships" in between vertical jumps and wind sprints (just send a text).

Point being, you may have missed this insanely well-crafted docu-thing (which is sort of a cleverly disguised t-shirt ad) about the historic Helio Gracie v. Masahiko Kimura match in 1951. This some good stuff. Makes me wanna buy a t-shirt commemorating the whole thing...

My only issue is them saying Kimura was 80 pounds heavier than Helio. That's just Gracie propaganda. He was 15 pounds heavier at most. They can tell a great story (and it still is a great story) without resorting to such exaggeration.
