It's long been known that Mirko Cro Cop has planned a return to his original sport of kickboxing on March 10. Rumors circulated of potential opponents, with names like Errol Zimmerman and Dzevad Poturak popping up.

Croatian journalist Slobodan Mufic is reporting that Cro Cop will face none other than Ray Sefo on March 10 at the Zagreb Arena in Zagreb, Croatia. An official announcement of the fight will be made on Tuesday at a press conference at the Sheraton Zagreb hotel.

The event is named "K-1 Final Fight" as previously reported and it is being organized by Fight Channel, a TV station in the region. It's set to be pretty big, as the Zagreb Arena is a state of the art facility with a maximum capacity of 24 000 people. Other names like Daniel Ghita have been rumored for the fight card, but nothing is official yet.

Concur 1000%, definitely a big comeback fight for him as Sefo is no slouch, an someone I really wish would have done better in MMA, but he started out a bit too late an never seemed to take it fully serious, much like his Kickboxing career unfort. Ray is an underrated talent, can see CC getting the decision win.
Who knows, maybe he'll do well(Cro Cop) in K1/Kickboxing again and help rejuvenate that Sport abit more again. Its Showtime is still growing and getting its name out, and what better or Bigger fight could they put on than Mirko vs Badr Hari. In his Prime I'd most def. take Cro Cop, now not so much, but either way that fight would be fucking MASSIVE

I like cro cop and i appreciate that hes not gonna give up easily... but that said, i hope he calls it a day sooner rather than later. I fear hes only going to get more and more damaged and not get a great payoff for it.

Ray Sefo is a great striker he works with Vitor Belfort...not sure what kind of shape he is in I can't recall, but anyone teaching Vitor striking is surely dangerous, and since Mirko has lost his last 3 fights via KO/TKO I have little doubt he will beat Sefo. There comes a point in time where you just have to hang up the gloves and retire, otherwise your just hurting your legacy.

And we all know Pat Barry could of finished him if he wanted to as well...
