If you've never heard of Ronda Rousey, then you've deprived yourself of the 2008 Bronze Olympic medalist judoka hailing from Santa Monica, California. Shame on you. If you could see my hand, I'm furiously shaking my finger at you in disgust. I'm also not wearing any pants while I write this, and I'm wrist deep in a box of Snackwell Devil's Food Cake Cookies -- and as you know, that's perhaps the most gangsterish combo one can ever assemble on a Monday morning.

Ronda Rousey has been clowning judo players for years now and on August 6th 2010, she finally made her amateur MMA debut by defeating Hayden Munoz via armbar within seconds of the first round. Since then, she's been undefeated in amateur MMA and she's finished all of her fights in less than a minute and all with an armbar. Last week, she claimed ownership to the wrist, elbow and forearm of Tay Stratford at Tuff-N-Uff and, as expected, she did it in an impressive fashion. Lots of people saying that wasn't a tap are blind. You don't have to swing your arm to tap. Tay Stratford lost, fairly. And the internet bandwagon wants to discredit Rhonda Rousey's win. (I saw that name by memory because to be honest, either way I don't give a shit.

According to Tay - she didn't tape and was trying to get out of it. It was a bit premature of the ref to stop it. But then again Rousey had a film crew documenting it.

She turns pro next month and stated her goal is to face Cyborg by the end of 2011. Hoping to see some striking skills in that one.

You don't find something fucked about that? She's not even a pro and she's hoping to fight the best female fighter in the world. I don't think the ref prematurely stopped it, I think she tapped. Whether or not she wants to admit it is entirely different. Also nobody's taking into account that Rousey probably knows how to properly apply an armbar, you know being an Olympic judoka and all.

why don't you watch the highlight. She was clearly deep in that and not getting out. The arm was hyperextended, and Rousey was gripped onto her glove. She wasn't going anywhere but broke.
