The only person who would even entertain the idea of suing Huerta would be the fat dude or one of his boys and if they did sue they would have no leg to stand on in court since the tape clearly shows the fat dude doing something exponentially worse. But thats only what a decent human being would think so who knows. what a judge decides is another story.
