The deadly flying ZUFFA guillotine just hit the UFC roster and sixteen unfortunate souls have been decapitated from the UFC. Jon Fitch, Jacob Volkmann, The Janitor, Che Mills, Jay Hieron, Terry Etim, Paul Sass, Jorge Santiago, Wagner Prado, Mike Russow, Simeon Thoresen, Mike Stumpf, C.J. Keith, Motonobu Tezuka, Josh 'Don't call me Crispy' Grispi, and our bud Useless Gomez.

Mind blow? Yeah, ours too. We even made this handy graphic so that you can comprehend what the UFC just exiled from their roster. Look on the bright side, at least we can finally get some Jon Fitch vs. Ben Askren action.

A lot of you cry babies need to realize a few things. 1, Bellator isn't going anywhere because FUCKING VIACOM OWNS THEM. Viacom is worth FAR MORE than the UFC is. 2, People like BARONI aren't in the UFC because THEY CAN'T FUCKING CUT IT THERE. They gave him another shot, and Santiago and Hieron had more chances than anybody.

The guys who were cut deserved it or most likely had contractual disputes that we aren't hearing about.

I can't believe you can bitch about the #2 organization getting more fighters. Obviously the majority of these guys will end up in Bellator.

This is just bad for the UFC. Even if these guys weren't living up to potential, you still need guys to fill cards, and provide solid competition for up and comers. There's no reason stand out guys like Fitch should be dropped, aside form the fact he's top 5 in his division.
