Believe it or not, this entire Ronda Rousey vs. Cris Cyborg fiasco came down to a measly five pounds. I've never heard of a condition that is onset when someone loses exactly 80 ounces, but what do I know? I'm just a guy that eats cherry tomatoes under the belief that it's the world's first hybrid vegetable/fruit. Cyborg even claims that she has a doctor's notes that states if she loses five more pounds she will die, although Dana White said it was 'the most ridiculous thing he's seen in the fight business.'

We just had to accept the fact that we live in a world in which Cyborg joined the UFC to eventually fight Ronda Rousey, and then left the UFC with the intention of still fighting Ronda Rousey. It's a highly paradoxical scenario that involves the unnecessary use of extravagant words to increase its meaning. GSP is supposed to be the greatest fighter of all time blah.. blah.. blah. Silva is going to decimate GSP. That is just what GSP needs, a good ass kicking. Maybe then that'll ignite the fire inside him once again, that same fire that earned him the belt from Matt Hughes. Silva fights @ 185 & is willing to fight @ 205. Now he says he will fight @ 170. GSP is not willing to do that, which is crazy. He won't even bend a little. MMA would suck without the Anderson Silva element. If GSP was "the guy" the UFC would be even that much more boring.
