Dan Henderson weighed in for Fedor at 207 after having a large lunch. Apple Crumble Johnson is one fight away from a SHW fight with Butterbean if he keeps his current trajectory going.

When there is one fight to make, not just in your two divisions, but in your ENTIRE SPORT, and that fight is possibly the only chance to keep people interested in the ENTIRE SPORT, why the fuck can't that fatass Rousey fight at 145 like she used to before she realised that Cyborg would be next for her?

Nothing wrong with the logic there. If she can't make 135 she can't make it. And if they aren't attempting to make a 145 weight class then she should ask for her release.

Even if she could make 135 ONCE, and she loses, then she takes a negotiating hit at another promotion. If she makes it and wins, she can't defend the belt anyway.

Funny they mentioned UFC wanted Cyborg to go to InvictaFC first then come back to the UFC.

In Cyborg's defense, she would fight more often and get more money not being anchored by a UFC exclusive contract. Invicta would let Cyborg fight internationally like they do Marloes.

Plus I agree with the title - Coenen vs. Cyborg II would be the biggest match in InvictaFC history.

Cyborg seems upset at the UFC. I can understand why I mean they don't have a women's 145. But lets remember the UFC made it clear they wanted to try out the 135lb division. Not 145, when I look at those facts I think it's goofy that she signed with Zuffa anyways.

She could make the weight. Anyone who thinks otherwise has never been an serious athlete. When I played rugby and was fighting I would walk around at around 180 and cut down to 170 for fights. I was also in the gym every day. The possibility of cutting any more weight back then was pretty slim.

I broke my ankel playing rugby and within 2 months of being out of the gym I had shrank to almost 165... now I fight at 155.

Cyborg got huge on PEDs, she would need to lose MASS to make the weight, but she could do it. She's probably correct that she couldn't make 135 with all those juice fed muscles... but with some controlled atrophy she could probably make what is most likely her natural (not PED infused) weight (135lb) without too much trouble. She would just not be able to enjoy the MASSIVE strength advantage she does now... to which I say, "boo hoo."

The long & short of it: Rousey is scared of losing to Cyborg. Even if she didn't have the belt she'd still be scared of losing to her. Having the first ever "135.lb womens UFC belt" & all the accolades that come with it, only magnifies her fear of Cyborg.
