Tyron Woodley has let everyone know he's in the UFC in a big way. He's been saying for years that he's a top contender and that certain UFC fighters can't even make eye contact with him. Now there isn't that wide-open gap between two separate promotions to buffer their existence. Woodley. Woodley is coming. Let's have a Marquardt rematch, Tarec Saffiediene matchup, or whatever. Welterweight is ridiculously deep.

The Strikeforce invasion is now 3-0 with Isaac Vallie-Flag defeating Yves Edwards by split-decision, Bobby Green taking down Jacob Volkmann by RNC, and T-Wood knocking out Jay Hieron. We count Overeem AND Bigfoot as part of team Strikeforce.

Im glad bigfoot won, but I don't think you can say Overeem has a glass jaw, did you see how much fist he ate before going down. I actually gained a little respect for him being able to take that beating from an almost 300 lb top level fighter, whose hands are the size of my toaster.

Again, did you see the shots he took before dropping? Never said he has the best chin in the world, but its hardly a weak one either. . Reem also is a kickboxer and champion at that, ive seen him eat lots of punches there and in mma and not be knocked out by them. Also when was his last loss before tonight?

I ' ve never been impressed by Overeem. And I wasn't surprised at all by BF, s performance.
The only time I was " excited" by Reem s talent, it was an. when he won the K-1 tournament. That was really something special. But in MMA... Imo, he's an average HW.
