I’m still upset that Cyborg beat Gina Carano so badly that she never came back to fighting in Strikeforce. In some ways, I’ll never forgive her for it.  Then again, blaming Cyborg for being an amazing fighter is unfair. Maybe it’s Gina Carano I should be mad at for not coming back from her loss. Nah, that’s stupid… I can’t be mad at Gina Carano.  Just look at her. Being mad at that face is impossible. In fact, I found myself daydreaming over that photo of her and this paragraph took me fifteen minutes longer to write than it should have.  It happens every time.  Damn, I miss her.

If you can make 140, you can make 135, it's way more feasible you making 135 than Ronda having a catch-weight in her second UFC fight. Obviously this creates a problem, if Cyborg wins the 135 belt, then she must defend it in that same class, so that means making 135 every time. Lose some muscle and win some fights.

I don't think people should give up on this fight happening. There's still a lot of time. The UFC only has a 135 pound women's division so it complicates things as far as fights outside that weight class. What will the UFC do if Cyborg win? I think from Zuffa's perspective they would want Cyborg to fight at the one weight class that they do have. I wouldn't mind seeing the UFC add a 145 pound women's division. I'd like to see Veronica Rothenhausler vs Cyborg. But I'd like to see Cyborg vs Rousey first because I think Veronica has a chance at winning.
