Yeah, some people grapple more in their fights so their number of standing strikes will be lower. So their significant strike pace will be lower too.

Ronda Rousey hasn't been past the first round but she fights at an intense pace. But she's very calculated and intense at the same time. One wrong move against her can lead down a path with no escape.
