Beyond: two souls is rumored to get a remastering

I have some breaking news for you guys that won’t necessarily sit well with you. Games for the next gen batch of consoles are going to take a long time to make, Longer than the last gen. It’s the reason we see games like Forza have a drastically reduced number of cars and why EA UFC has a small roster of fighters. Developing these things and putting them in the game is going to take that much more time. So far there haven’t been many marquee titles out for the next gen. Sure there’s stuff like Titan Fall but the big releases just haven’t been there for either console.

Sony’s second big release you could say is going to be The Last of Us remastered, after Infamous came out earlier this year. It appears as though another big title will be making the leap onto the PS4. That title is Beyond: Two Souls. The David Cage PS3 game is rumored to be receiving a director’s cut remastering for this holiday season as some online retailers have listed the game early.

Some people maybe upset with the news of all these remasterings, which is understandable, but it’s better to have this in the meantime then have nothing before these studios put out something new. [source]
