Winning championships is the most alpha thing you can do if you are a male. Just ask UFC 135 pound champ T.J. Dillashaw. The first member of the critically acclaimed Team Alpha Male fight team to get UFC gold, Dillashaw still works closely with former Alpha Male striking coach Duane “Bang” Ludwig.
Ludwig, now working out of Colorado and not TAM’s home base in California, had some harsh (alpha even) words for his former pupils.
Speaking with SiriusXM’s Fight Club, Ludwig questioned the heart as well as dedication of every single Team Alpha Male fighter that has fought and lost a UFC title bout. Basically everyone but Dillashaw was hit with Ludwig’s venom. Chad Mendes, Urijah Faber, and Joseph Benavidez all let out a collective “bro” at the same time and they now know why.
Shirtless and surrounded by a boatload of tanned extremely good looking California women, no one from Team Alpha Male has commentated yet on Ludwig’s accusations.
