Fox Sport’s Katie Nolan accidentally calls Bellator the UFC and the entire MMA internet attacks her for it

The internet in 2015 is no place for typos. For Fox Sport’s personality Katie Nolan she found out how serious mixed martial arts fans take their typing. Even if you correct your grammar or spelling mistake approximately three minutes later, the internet will be there to remind you and argue with you about every minor detail.

Thanks for nothing Al Gore.

Like most of the free world on Friday night Nolan was taking in the sights and sounds of the Spike TV Kimbo Slice versus Ken Shamrock prize fight. Probably after eating some takeout while in a pair of comfy pants, Nolan decided to tweet about MMA and the Slice vs. Shamrock brand of fist-a-cuffs.

First Nolan tweeted this

Then she tweeted this

Then everyone who has every read a MMA article on the worldwide web, jumped at the chance to attack and debate Nolan about the merits of professional cage fighting. This was not going to end well.

Oh there is more. Much more ramblings of a very hardcore fan base. Slice vs. Shamrock wasn’t the fight the MMA world needed but maybe it was the one deep down they truly deserved?
